A native of Australia, Stephen joined the ParCon team in October 2009, bringing 20 years of experience and a proven track record of success in strategic executive management. He plays a dual role at ParCon, acting as a key resource in the Strategy Solutions Practice, while also playing the role of interim executive or advisor in our Small Business Solutions Practice.

Stephen’s executive experience spans numerous roles across multiple industries, including key leadership roles in new ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate development, with a strong bias for driving execution and change management to drive results. Over the past decade, his range of executive roles has included: COO and CFO of an early stage North American property company, CFO of a tier 1 property services company, Managing Director of an Australian executive advisory and consulting firm, Principal at a leading Australian venture capital firm, VP of Corporate Development at an e-Commerce firm, and Board advisor to several companies (ongoing). In addition, Scotchmer led and managed sales, marketing, and product management functions, merger and acquisition teams, corporate and venture finance groups, and development projects. Having lived and worked with corporations spanning North America, South East Asia and Australia, he brings to ParCon unique and valuable insight into global business strategy, operations, and execution.
