Professional Summary

Matt joined ParCon Consulting in 2004 as co-founder and today assumes the role of managing partner in our growing firm. In addition to leading client engagements, he heads up ParCon’s Solution Development and Content Management Practice and oversees marketing and business development.

An executive with more than 25 years of business experience, he has a proven management track record in companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 corporations. Prior to ParCon, Mr. Gill was Senior Vice President and General Manager for Philips Electronics where he successfully led the turn-around of the global giant’s $500 million North American computer and peripheral businesses. Mr. Gill also held the position of Senior Vice President, North America at ViewSonic Corporation where he lead the team responsible for organically growing revenues from $100 million to $1.3 billion over an eight year period. A founder and senior executive of SAVA Research and Arthur Communication, Gill has a passion for entrepreneurial undertakings and has been deeply involved in early stage and high growth companies. Mr. Gill began his career in 1984 as a field sales executive with IBM. Today, he is a nationally recognized leader in high technology channels and strategy development.
