Chuck joined ParCon in April 2009, bringing to ParCon over 30 years of strategic management experience in high growth firms. At ParCon, he is an executive in our Small Business Solutions practice, providing interim CEO, President, COO, and executive advisory services to early growth and expansion phase companies.

Chuck’s recent engagements include acting as interim CEO for a growing retail electric provider in Texas, providing turnaround services for an energy distribution firm, and sitting on the board of 3 companies. His prior experience includes both interim and permanent CEO or President positions in four companies, as well as providing executive advisory service to Boards and executives of many others. Recently, McArthur served as President and CEO for an energy distribution company, where he drove a growth through acquisitions strategy and assisted in taking the company public. Historically, his management expertise was developed in the area of consumer electronics, with experience spanning from start-ups to established global corporations. Among his many successes, from 1999 to 2001, he was the President and COO of ViewSonic Corporation, a global supplier of computer display products, which grew dramatically under his leadership; and he founded Trillium Industries in 1994 and sold the entity in 1997. Other senior management positions included; Atari, Solectron, Memorex, Capetronic, Mag Innovision, and Nokia (as a consultant). His experience includes General Management, Operations, Sales and Marketing as well as roles in Corporate Development / M&A.
