Her expertise spans public and private, venture-backed, high-tech, and low-tech companies in turnaround and growth situations, and includes equity and debt financings (both public and private), M&A transactions (both buy-side and sell-side), financial and SEC reporting, strategic and operational planning and forecasting, contract negotiation, revenue recognition, employment and securities law, corporate governance, investor relations, establishment and dissolution of international entities, transfer pricing, human resources, and information technology. She has been instrumental in the successful planning and execution of three turnarounds (including reductions in work force, reorganizations and dissolutions of legal entities), four M&A transactions (two buy-sides, two sell-sides), a public equity offering, a private equity offering, a leveraged buy-out and numerous debt financings.
